摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an exact quantity of heat supplied to residual water and the value of a rise in the temperature of the water by computing the quantity of the residual water by measuring the quantity of heat supplied from a first time point at which a digital output from a temperature detecting means changes to a second time point at which the digital output changes again with a prescribed rise in the temperature. SOLUTION: The timing at which a change occurs in a digital output of a bath thermistor 16 after a reheating operation is continued for a prescribed time is made a first time point and measurement of the quantity of supplied heat is started therefrom. Then, the timing at which a change occurs in the digital output of the bath thermistor 16 with a rise in the digital output by three digits is made a second time point and the measurement of the quantity of supplied heat is ended at this point. An exact quantity of residual water is determined on the basis of the quantity of supplied heat and a rise in temperature during the time passing in the measurement. This operation is executed by a microcomputer being a control device 42. Accordingly, the quantity of supplied water during the passing time can be measured with excellent reproducibility and accurately and the exact quantity of the residual water can be determined.
