<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket having the capability of ensuring a high yield on the material of a gasket to be laid between a seal leg and a body panel, and simplifying an assembly work. SOLUTION: Regarding an on-board lighting fixture with a gasket 20 laid between a lighting fixture body 10 and a body panel 18 for sealing the rear side of a lighting fixture, a gasket fitting seal leg 16 is formed around the lighting fixture body 10 and, then, an formed gasket 20 is integrated with the end 16a of the seal leg 16. Thereafter, the seal leg 16 is crimped to and held with an foamed gasket material loaded into the molding groove 32 of a transfer jig 30, and the gasket 20 is released from the groove 32 after solidified, thereby improving a gasket material yield and simplifying a gasket fitting work.</p> |
