When an user wants to send one page, perform one page sending. At this time, the sender sends a MPS signal and indicates multiple page sending. A Receiver judges whether the received message is fine or not, when fine, the receiver sends a MCF signal and induces next page sending. But when the received picture is no good, the receiver sends a RTN signal or a RTP signal to the sender. The sender detects error and stores the present page to the storing part, checks transmitting line and sends next page. When the last page is sent, by sending a DCN signal, fax operation is stopped.
