PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bury an impact absorbing pad correctly at a correct position by simple work by pressing a middle-sized projection into the recession of the pad and setting the pad attachably/detachably in a middle size. SOLUTION: A foaming raw material such as a polyurethane raw material is injected into a lower mold 11, and an upper mold 21 is brought down to close a molding mold 10. In this way, an intermediate mold 31 is inserted between the lower mold 11 and the upper mold 21. By pressing the projection 33 of the intermediate mold into the recession 52 of an impact absorbing pad 51, and the pad 51 is arranged correctly in the molding mold 10 and held without positional dislocation. The foaming raw material P is expanded to fill the mold 10, and a seat back in which the pad 51 is buried in the side part is formed. |
