摘要 FIELD: sea water processing. SUBSTANCE: goal of invention is to completely process sea water producing useful mineral components and sweet water. Method includes stages of filtration of sea water through natural zeolite, isolation of calcium via passing filtrate through modified natural zeolite in Naform, and isolation of magnesium via passing solution through carboxyl cationite in Naform. Zeolites are regenerated with concentrated sodium chloride solution followed by processing of exhausted regenerating solution into lime. Cationite is regenerated with sodium carbonate solution followed by isolation of magnesium carbonate from exhausted regenerating solution. Exhausted sea water is concentrated to yield secondary salines, from which sodium salts are isolated. Additionally performed are boron and bromine isolation stages and sweet water production stage. Bromine isolation stage is performed after calcium isolation stage via electrosorption on modified activated carbon with admixture of metal hydroxides. Sorbent is regenerated by passing sweet water followed by converting washing water into magnesium bromide concentrate Boron is isolated by passing solution obtained after magnesium isolation stage through slightly basic anionite in carbonate form, which is then regenerated with soda solution followed by electrolytic isolation of sodium perborate from exhausted regenerating solution. From sweet water production stage, sweet water and secondary salines are withdrawn. Additional features of process consist in that zeolites are regenerated with NaCl solution supplemented with not more than 0.2 g- equal NaSO, carboxyl cationite is regenerated at temperature not higher than 20 C, and exhausted regenerating solution, prior to be treated, is heated to a temperature not lower than 35 C. Besides, filtrates from stages of CaCO, MgCO, and NaBOisolation are returned into zeolite, cationite, and anionite regeneration stages, respectively.
