<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to repair the adhesion defect, if any, the adhesion defect of ink exists within the respective pixel regions of color patterns and to eliminate the wasteful use of transparent substrates by deciding whether adhesion states are good or not before solidification of ink. SOLUTION: Ink is applied to the respective pixel regions of the respective glass substrates PG by coating applicators 6 mounted at respective sliders 5 while a slide table 4 is moved to a gate type frame 3 side. These coating applicators 6 inject the ink R, G, B from respective heads 6a to 6c and apply the ink R, G, B at the respective pixel regions of three arrays, thereby simultaneously forming the color patterns of three colors. The slide table 4 continues to move after the end of the application and sensors 7 detect the adhesion states of the ink of the three colors R, G, B applied respectively at the pixel regions before the solidification of the ink. The information on whether the application states are good or not detected by the sensors 7 is outputted to a controller.</p> |
