A light way controller is disclosed. The light way controller comprises a driving plate(31), variation units(39) established at the driving plate(31), a signal electrode(41) established between the variation units(39), a number of bias electrodes positioned at the inside surface of the grooves, and MxN number of AMAs(Acutated Mirror Arrays) having a metal film electrically connected to the signal electrode(41). On the upper surface of the AMAs, an isolation layer(47) and a number of mirrors(45) are established. A micro-lens(49) is supported by the side wall of the driving plate(31) and is formed at a transparent plate(51) corresponding to AMAs.
