<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rolling efficiency by increasing a rolling speed under a normal state while securing the temperature of a rolling stock with high accuracy in the early stage of rolling from a rolling start to the normal state. SOLUTION: In the early stage of rolling, the supply quantity of a cooling medium to a rolling stock 18 is gradually increased by a supply quantity change command device 28. And also, a rolling speed is increased so that the drop quantity of the temperature of the rolling stock 18 with the increase of the supply quantity of the cooling medium, is compensated by a feed forward compensator 30. On the other hand, simultaneously with that, the rolling speed is controlled by feeding back by a temperature controller 24 according to the outlet side temperature actual result of the rolling stock 18, which has been measured by a thermometer 34.</p> |
