PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating compsn. which can form a coating film having good hardness and processibility and excellent in resistance to outdoor exposure. SOLUTION: This compsn. contains 100 pts.wt. resin component comprising 60-90wt.% hydroxylated polyester resin and 10-40wt.% melamine resin curative which is a methyl-etherified melamine resin or a mixture thereof with a butyl- etherified melamine resin, an amine-neutralized sulfonic acid compd. in an amt. of 0.1-2.0 pts.wt. (in terms of a sulfonic acid compd.) as the cure catalyst, and 100-150 pts.wt. titanium white which does not contain coarse particles having particle sizes of 0.5μm or higher and is prepd. by treating the surface of rutile titanium oxide with zirconia and alumina. This sheet has a cured coating film formed from the compsn.
