PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily store received messages, to easily select received messages to be left from the received messages and to perform workings such as changes and additions, etc. SOLUTION: The received messages received by a reception part 21 are temporarily stored in an FIFO buffer memory 214 by a control part 22. When a user wants to look at these messages, the messages are read by turning on one of the key buttons of a key button group 26 and are displayed on a display part 23. If a message to be left exists, the message to be left is selected, reading the message from the FIFO buffer memory 29 and displaying the message on the display part 23, and the message is stored in a memory 25. If the requests of the change and addition for the message of this memory 25 exists, the change and addition are performed by utilizing the key button of the key button group 26 and they are made to be stored again in the memory 25.
