PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly prevent separation of a fitting member from a fixed member. SOLUTION: A frame-form fitting member 3 rotatably connected through a link member 1 and a washer member fixed to a part B to be fitted, are screwed together by a fixing screw 7. The insertion hole 31 of the fixing screw 7 for the frame-form fitting member 3 is formed long to enable the fitting member to slide against the washer and an adjusting screw 8 to move up or don the fitting member against the washer 6 is screwed in the fitting member. A slender groove 10 extending to the sliding direction of the fitting member 3 is opened at the position where the right and left adjusting screws 8 of the washer come to an end. A thin axis 20 inserted in the slender groove 10 is projected at the butting end 81 of the right and left adjusting screws 8 against the washer 6.
