Prodn. of a metal plating laminate involves laminating at least 2 layers of film and a metal foil on at least one side of the film laminate by heating under pressure. Each resin film comprises inorg. fibres (I), solid particles of a thermosetting resin (II) and a cured binder resin (III) to fix (I) and (III) together.
