Elastic support elements in the form of springs (26,27) are used. They are located between the stabilising frame (25) and the support elements or underbase of the stabilising frame. The oscillating breaker with the stabilising frame is a two-mass system. It is designed so that the excitation of the stabilising frame is produced by cylindrical compression springs (22-24).
