The device is for fixing together, two locally associated elements (10) each containing passageways (11). On one of the faces (101) of one of the elements (10) is provided a dished recess (111) with a back spherical surface (1110) surrounding the passageway (11). A screw (20), with a head (21) having a distance piece (211) designed to rest in the base of the dished recess (111) and a partially threaded rod (22), is engaged in the passageway (11) and slid over this rod is a spacer (42) in a deformable material to keep the plates (10) apart. The whole is bolted up by a nut (30) being screwed onto the end of screw (20) with an elastic ring (50) between the nut and the plate (10) which faces it.
