<p>PURPOSE:To bond long RNA molecules, by annealing a cDNA plasmid designed by recombinant DNA technique and RNA to be operated and carrying out cleavage of RNA and relinking in a hybrid state. CONSTITUTION:Design of recombinant RNA (ribonucleic acid) is carried out on a plasmid having an insertion sequence of duplex cDNA (complementary deoxyribonucleic acid) corresponding to the recombinant RNA molecule by the use of recombinant DNA technique. The designed cDNA plasmid and RNA to be operated are annealed and cleavage of RNA and relinking are carried out in a hybrid state. TMV (tobacco mosaic virus) RNA is used as RNA and cDNA plasmid having an insertion sequence to which cDNA corresponding to about 1,400 nucleotides at 5' end of TMV RNA and about 1,400 nucleotides at 3' end is used as the plasmid.</p> |
