PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working performance by easily solving the conventional problem in which the press was unfit for precision forming because viscosity changes by oil temperature, changing the position of a ram and giving rise to variance in the forming. SOLUTION: This method is such that a punch command b1 is given at the upper end (a) of the piston 3 stroke, that a temperature driftΔεof the piston 3 is measured after the elapse of a prescribed time with the dispensing completed c1 and that, with the upper end (a) of the piston 3 stroke corrected by feeding back from the temperature driftΔεeach time, the next punch command is given.
