PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer multi-valued information by operating a second reader during the data transfer period of first data register group, and simultaneously reading from a plurality of memory cells of a second memory array. SOLUTION: A control circuit 800 is connected to a microcomputer 8 ADPCM encoder 2 EDPCM decoder 7 and has an A-D conversion down counted value outputting down counter 801 at the time of reading and an address generator 10. It sends a 9-bit X address ADRX, a 11-bit Y address ADRY and a 4-bit data, outputs various clock signals and a control signal, fetches and sends digital data. Multi-valued information can be transferred by the transferring operation of data and simultaneously reading from a plurality of memories for two read/ write circuit groups 300LV, 300LL.
