PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture connectors of narrow conductor intervals with high precision by making a wire wound in spiral proceed between a plurality of groove rollers, feeding the wire with a slurry containing whetstone grit, and giving a cutting process of insulating grooves between a plurality of terminals of a connector. SOLUTION: A connector 31 is formed by injection molding or the like. A connecting portion 32 of the connector 31 thus formed is flat and no terminal 34 or insulating groove 35 is formed. A plurality of connectors 31 with their contact platings 33 facing downwards are set inside a holding case in the extending direction of the wire of a wire source. Many connectors 33 are sandwiched through dumming materials on both ends. As the wire is advanced by a feed gear under this state, a terminal 34 and an insulating groove 35 are formed on the connector 31 by making the connector 31 contact the wire. |
