PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card reader capable of accurately managing the entrance/ exit into/from a user's room. SOLUTION: A pair of three transmitting/receiving coils 11A to 11C, 11D to 11F are respectively fixed to both side walls 26 in contact with a door 25, and when outputs more than a prescribed level are obtained in the order of the coils 11A, 11B, 11C or 11D, 11E, 11F at the time of reception, entrance is judged, the door 25 is unlocked and an entrance signal is outputted. When outputs more than the prescribed level are obtained in the order of the coils 11C, 11B, 11A or 11F, 11E, 11D, exit is judged, the door 25 is unlocked and an exit signal is outputted. |
