<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a scheduling for a process, etc., based on resources, etc., by changing the present hardware resources power state which does not satisfy a registered hardware resources power state. SOLUTION: A judgement block 702 checks the expressions of one or more system events. In a block 703, a specified even is eliminated from the standby queues that all the processes in standby correspond to. In a block 704, all the eliminated processes are latently graded up to execution queues. When the result of the judgement block 702 is negative and after the block 704 is executed, an arbitrary power state transition completion message from a power control executive is tested in a judgement block 705. In a pronger block 706, the resources queue corresponding to the system resources that the power state transition is just completed is scanned and all the processes satisfying this request on the queue is dequeued. In block 707, all the processes which are not hindered by performing the standby for either one of the system event or the system resources power state transition are graded up to execution queues.</p> |
