摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify design, machining and manufacture for reducing exhaust interference, by correcting a remaining pair excluding one pair of connecting parts divided in pairs on the basis of explosion timing, individually to an inner pipe in a manifold formed by connecting two plate-like molded members back to back. SOLUTION: In a clamshell type manifold 5 fitted to a four-cylinder engine, connecting parts 1, 4 and 2, 3 among the connecting parts 1-4 corresponding to No.1-No.4 cylinders are respectively paired to form two exhaust passages. In this case, an inner pipe 7 is built in a collecting part 6 binding the connecting parts 1, 4, and the connecting parts 2, 3 are bound to the end part of the inner pipe 7, piercing the collecting part 6. A totally different exhaust passage without the generation of interference of exhaust gas is thereby formed from the engine to the collecting part 6 so as to improve engine output. The inner pipe 7 is isolated from a collecting part inner wall 9 so as to suppress passing sound from the inner pipe 7 to the collecting part.</p>
