PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase bond strength in beam connection and facilitate mounting work for columns and beams by providing a metal frame member formed substantially in a box shape and a column fit-in part which fits the end of one column provided on the metal frame member and a beam fit-in part which fits each end of two beams. SOLUTION: Notched parts 9 and 10 are provided on the edge of an upper board 2 of a substantially box-shaped metal frame member 1 while beam-fit-in members 11 and 12 are welded and mounted on the notched parts 9 and 10 and the edge of a lower board 3 which is equivalent to these. Then, a column fit-in part 13 of a rectangular-shaped metal plate is projectingly provided on the bottom of the lower board 3 of the member 1 by cutting work or welding work, for example. Then, when an unit building is assembled, the upper end of a column 21 is fitted in the outer peripheral surface of the column fit-in part 13 where each one end of the respective beams 22 and 23 is fitted in offset areas 11a and 12a of the beam fit-in members 11 and 12, thereby binding integrally each of them by welding. It is, therefore, possible to reinforce continuance strength in joint parts by shaping up support structure of each end of the column 21 and the beams 22 and 23 in the form of a box and facilitate mounting work of the column 21 and the beams 22 and 23. |
