摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the waterproofness and external appearance without peeling of a coated film on the surface of a panel by adding fiber having specific length and diameter to the intermediate coating or primary coating of the primary coating layer, intermediate coating layer and top coating layer which are sequentially formed. SOLUTION: An intermediate coating layer and a top coating layer are sequentially formed on the surface of a light-weight cellular concrete panel directly or via a primary coating layer of synthetic resin emulsion paint or cement substrate adjustor, and fiber is added to the intermediate coating layer or primary coating layer and intermediate coating layer. In this case, the fiber has a length of 0.1 to 5mm and a diameter of 0.5 to 200μm. Accordingly, even if the top coating layer is elongated or contracted due to the temperature or moisture change, the fiber becomes a buffer material, no craze or peeling occurs at the top coating layer, and the surface of the board panel is formed without simultaneously peeling and damage.
