FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: holder is used in devices for cutting foodstuffs such as vegetables, fruits, cheese and others. Holder permits turning of fruits to fixed angle for cutting them to small pieces, for example to cubicles. Holder has body with stops located on it. Stops are spaced at distance allowing holder to be turned relative to vegetable cutter body to fixed angle, namely 90 deg. EFFECT: high efficiency. |
