PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a continuous long-sized antireflection film having extremely decreased quality defects by forming multilayered antireflection layers in combination with a transparent deriv. having the refractive index different from the refractive index of a plastic film on one surface of the plastic film and packing and protecting the rear surface with a protective film. SOLUTION: This plastic antireflection film is composed of plural layers consisting of a transparent compd. having the refractive index smaller than the refractive index of the base material film including an anchor coating layer and a hard coating layer, a transparent compd. having the refractive index larger than the refractive index of the base material film and a compd. having the intermediate refractive index. At least three layers of the multilayered constitution are required to be formed by combining the high-refractive index material and the low-refractive index material in such a manner in order to design the optical thickness so as to attain the reflectivity over the entire part of the value approximate to the minimal. The antireflection film which has electrical conductivity of some extent, shields the electromagnetism from the main body of a video apparatus and is capable of lessening the adhesion of dust by static electricity is more preferable.
