PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device usable in a mass production line which nondestructively inspects at high speed a crack generated on a part surface of which the generating position and extending direction are not determined. SOLUTION: This device is formed out of a head 1 having, in the a hole 2 having a size allowing a sample 20 to pass and a form similar to the section of the sample 20 in the center, a plurality of partitioning guides 3a, 3b... for keeping a constant clearance with the sample surface when the sample 20 passes through and also partitioning the hole into prescribed ranges, which are provided inside the hole 2, also inlet holes 5a, 5b... for guiding a gas near the sample surface in the center of the respective small areas nipped by the partitioning guides 3a, 3b..., a flame ionization detector for detecting the concentration of hydrocarbon contained in the gas, a reduced pressure generating device 12 connected to the discharge side of the FID(flame ionization detector), and a signal processing device for judging the presence or absence of a crack on the sample 20. |
