<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the workability of rod wire passing operation in which a wire passing rod is passed through an underground conduit and to prevent the damage of the wire passing rod at the time of the wire passing operation. SOLUTION: The guide tube main body 11 of a rod guide tube 10 has flexibility. A guide tube connecting fitting 12 provided at one end of the guide tube main body 11 is connected to the open end 3 of an underground conduit inside a hand hole 1, and the other end is placed on a support base 25 on the ground outside the hand hole. A lubricant treating device 13 for the application and removal of a lubricant is provided. A wire passing rod 4 can be inserted through the rod guide tube 10 from on the ground into an underground conduit 5. It becomes unnecessary to perform wire passing operation inside a narrow hand hole. It is prevented that the wire passing rod 4 is hit against the wall surface of the hand hole 1 and that it is bent to not less than a allowable bend, and the prevention of damage is achieved.</p> |
