PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an automatic ticket examination machine from being opened/closed when an opening/closing order is not correct by providing a protruding piece which protrudes in a state where an upper cover is closed and providing a protruding piece positioned at the upper part of the protruding piece when a side cover is closed. SOLUTION: The locking mechanism 30 of the upper cover 7a is provided with the protruding piece 7a' consisting of L-metal fittings bent to a ticket examination passage-side provided at the lower side of the upper cover 7a opposite to a hinge mechanism 20 and of the the protruding piece 7' obtained by bending the upper side of the side cover 7 of the ticket examination passage- side of an upper casing to the inner side of the upper casing in an L-shape. The position relation between the protruding piece 7a' and the protruding piece 7' is decided in such a way that the protruding piece 7' is positioned on the protruding piece 7a' when the side cover 7 is closed in a state where the upper cover 7a is closed. In the locking mechanism 30, the locked state of the upper cover 7a is released when a clerk in charge opens the upper cover 7a, and the upper 7a becomes the locked state when the upper cover 7a is closed and the side cover 7 is closed. |
