<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerically controlled machine or a data preparing device capable of preparing the NC data on a work piece from the CAD data serving as the basis for production of the NC data in accordance with the definition of the machining process state and the setting of the machining condition of the work piece. SOLUTION: The graphic elements and the annotation data are taken out of the annotation data which are previously inputted and the CAD data on a work piece which are stored in a storage (S1). The graphic elements forming a closed area are extracted out of those taken-out graphic elements, and the annotation data included in the closed area are interpreted (S2). The machining data corresponding to the interpreted annotation data are added to the machining data on the closed (S3) to decide whether an unprocessed closed area and annotation data are detected (S4). If these area and data are detected, the processing is reset to S2 and repeated. If not detected, a tool locus is calculated (S5). In the step S5, the machining data on the closed area and the data added in response to the annotation data are interpreted. Then the tool locus is decided based on the machining data and the graphic elements (S6). It is decided whether an unprocessed closed area is detected (S7). If detected, the processing is reset to S5 and repeated. If not detected, the processing ends.</p> |
