PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the diazo type copying device capable of copying an opaque original or an original in the form of a book and varying its power by using a thermochromic film as a transparent original and bringing it into close contact with a photosensitive paper and exposing them from the thermochromic film side to form an image on the photosensitive paper. SOLUTION: The flash exposure device 266 has a function of causing the difference in light absorption heat in accordance with an imagewise pattern of the surface of the original 16 placed on the upper flat part of the device 266 by switching on the flash lamp 13 to color-develop the surface of the thermochromic film (TC film) 12 by heat in accordance with the image pattern, and thus permitting parts of the TC film 12 corresponding to the image parts of the original 16 to be opacified and the parts corresponding to the nonimage parts to be left transparent, and thus the image of the original 16 to be transferred to the TC film 12. The diazo photosensitive paper is supplied so as to be synchronized with arrival of the imagewise pattern on the TC film 12 at the lower flat part of the flash exposure device 267, exposure is executed in a close contact state. |
