PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the device scale by synthesizing reduced video signals of plural systems into a single video signal and recording this single video signal. SOLUTION: An input camera 101 outputs the video signal, which is obtained by picking up the image of the outside, in the raster scanning order together with a synchronizing signal. A picture reduction and synthesis circuit 102 takes plural video signals as the input and outputs them after reduction processing and picture synthesis processing. A recording and reproducing device 103 records the inputted video signal and reproduces and outputs this signal. A picture enlargement and division circuit 104 converts the inputted video signal to the input signal form of a three-dimensional picture display device 105, namely, a signal corresponding to a picture having a number D of visual points by picture quality correction processing, enlargement processing, and division processing to plural video signals and outputs this converted signal to the three- dimensional picture display device 105. The three-dimensional picture display device 105 displays a stereoscopic picture by inputted video signals of systems whose number corresponds to the number D of visual points. |
