PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a high-speed processing under an easy control and also to easily recover a document to an initial load state by constituting an image recorder so that the document may not uselessly recirculate and a paper sheet carrying path may not be frequently switched, as to the image recorder provided with an recirculating automatic document feeder, and equipped with a both-side mode for recording a document image on both sides of the paper sheet. SOLUTION: On the side of the device main body 11, the paper sheet is carried out to an intermediate paper tray 24, or a paper discharge tray after the paper sheet is carried from a paper cassette 23, or the intermediate paper tray 24 to a recording position in accordance with a recording mode, meanwhile, on the side of the RADF 12, by a document feeding means and a document carry-out means under the control of a CPU, the document is carried out to document trays 41 to 43 after the document is fed from the document trays 41 and 42 to a reading position in accordance with the recording mode, and also, when a clear key is depressed so as to input an interruption recovery instruction, the document feeding means and the document carry-out means are controlled by the CPU so as to be driven separately from a recording operation, then, the document on the document trays 41 and 42 are fed and discharged. |
