PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the charge pump circuit by which a dynamic range of an output voltage is set widely and the PLL circuit using the charge pump circuit. SOLUTION: The circuit is provided with a 1st circuit supplying a constant current to an output terminal 20, a 2nd circuit 16 supplying a constant current to the output terminal, a 3rd circuit 17 supplying a constant current to the output terminal, one terminal of transistors(TRs) being components of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd circuits connects to the output terminal, the other terminal of the TRs being components of the 1st circuit connects to a power supply via a resistor 24, the other terminal of TRs being components of the 2nd circuit 16 connects to ground via a 1st T/M circuit 9, and the other terminal of TRs being components of the 3rd circuit 17 connects to ground via a 2nd T/M circuit 10, and a current is supplied to the output terminal or a current is extracted from the output terminal by applying an inverted UP signal to the 1st T/M circuit 9 and applying a DOWN signal to the 2nd T/M circuit 10. |
