PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light absorption measuring apparatus good in the reproducibility of a measured value and capable of calibrating the measured value when the light absorbancy of a sample membrane is quantitatively evaluated. SOLUTION: In a light absorption measuring apparatus measuring the light absorption of a sample membrane by measuring the acoustic signal generated by the volumetric change of the sample membrane 3 caused by the light absorption when the sample membrane formed on a substrate 1 is irradiated with measuring light, an acoustic detection element is provided on a substrate 1 or the holder holding the substrate 1 in such a state that acoustic matching is taken. A reference part 2 for adjusting the holding condition by the holder of the substrate 1 or comparing the light absorption with the sample membrane is provided to the part where no sample membrane 3 is formed on the substrate 1. |
