PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the communication system in which a signal is sent more surely in the communication system such as a radio LAN by utilizing the prop erty that a signal spread by using a spread code is extracted or eliminated when the spread code is known in the spread spectrum system, receiving a signal simultaneously when the signal is transmitted and conducting the processing such as elimination of the signal being in existence in a received signal, which is sent by itself. SOLUTION: A data transmission processing system A multiplies a spread code with a modulation signal to spread a spectrum and sends the result to a transmission line. A collision detection processing system B receives a signal simultaneously when the signal is sent, a signal elimination section 9 eliminates the signal being in existence in the reception signal which is sent by itself and a collision discrimination section 10 discriminates whether or not a signal from other terminal equipment is sent to the transmission line and whether or not signal collision is in existence. |
