<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating connector in which the life of a flat cable is significantly extended by reducing the stress received by the flat cable built-in the rotating connector. SOLUTION: In this rotating connector, a flat cable 4 is wound in reverse directions on an inside case 1 and an outside case 2 which are relatively rotatable and coaxially combined together through a U-shaped reversing part 4a and housed in an annular space 3 formed by the inside case 1 and the outside case 2, and the flat cable 4 is fixed in one end to the inside case 1 and in the other end to the outside case 2, respectively. A plurality of elastic rings differed in circumferential length are arranged in the annular space 3, and the elastic ring with the shorter circumferential length is put and arranged on the inside of the elastic ring with the longer circumferential length.</p> |
