<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely secure required heat insulating space in a gap between the outside face of a storage battery and a heat shield by forming a rib or a projection at the outer face of the storage battery and fixing the heat shield to the apex of the rib or the projection. SOLUTION: Projections 3 are made at all the side faces 1 of a storage battery, and a heat shield 4 is fixed at the apexes of the projections 3 so that it may cover all the projections 3. Or, a rib 2 is made on one side face 1 of the storage battery 1, and a heat shield 4 is fixed at the apex of the rib 2 so that it may cover the rib. For the heat shield 4, a thin film consisting of, for example, PP synthetic resin or the like is used. The tying among the heat shield 4 and the rib 2 or the projection 3 is performed by heat fusion. Or, for the heat shield 4, a plate-shaped one may be used, and for a tying means, engaging method may be available, or an adhesive may be used. Moreover, for the side face of the storage battery to be heat shielded shielding may be done for any side faces of the battery.</p> |
