摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the probability of occurrence of frame collision while a channel is subjected to a heavy load by setting a higher probability as a random time takes longer. SOLUTION: The device realizing the method is constituted of a transmission reception circuit (RF circuit) transmitting receiving a radio wave to/from a channel, a control means control section 2 and a timer circuit 3 that counts a set time after the reception of a required signal from the RF circuit 1 and outputs a time expiration signal to the communication control section 2 when the count is finished. The RF circuit 1, the communication control section 2 and the timer circuit 3 are interconnected by a data line. The device forms one communication station and plural communication stations use one channel in common. The end of transmission of other stations is detected and a random time generated at a higher probability as the random time is longer is set with a limit of a prescribed time after the detection. The presence of a carrier in the channel is monitored for the set random time and the transmission is started when no carrier is in existence as the result.</p>
