The support consists of a lower garment (5) with a central reinforcement (1), made in the form of a pair of knickers or panty-girdle, with adjustable braces (3) which cross over at the front of the body between the breasts, where they are connected by a piece (7) of material, square, round or triangular in shape and not more than 6 x 4 cm in size. The brace can be adjusted, for example,by Velcro (RTM) strips. The support is made, for example, from a mixt. of cotton, lycra, polyamide, elasthane, viscose in polyester, and can be decorated with lace.
