PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar cell module which is manufactured simply, which is light in weight and low-cost and whose structure strength is excellent by a method wherein two sides which form long sides of a rectangle are bent and worked and a structure material is installed at least at one side out of two sides which form short sides of the rectangle. SOLUTION: Bent parts on long sides of a solar cell module 1 are formed by a roller forming machine. An aluminum frame material 6 whose cross section is L-shaped is attached to the short side of the solar cell module 1. The solar cell module 1 and the frame material 6 are fixed by a drilling operation and a screwing operation. Thereby, the long sides which occupy a majority in terms of a ratio out of side parts to which a working operation is to be executed are bent and worked, the manufacturing process of the solar cell module is simple, and the module can be manufactured to be light in weight and at low costs. In addition, by a means by which the frame material is installed on the short side which is comparatively little, the structure strength of the module is enhanced, and the module can be manufactured in the simple manufacturing process and at low costs. |
