PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of excessive-length processing. SOLUTION: A couple of inverted L type or inverted J type presser members 7 projected along circular or elliptic loops C1, C2..., Ci..., Cn of different size virtually drawn on a substrate or housing [provided that Ci (i=1 to n-1) includes C(i+1) and the centers Oi of the respective loops are on the same straight line] hold the excessive-length part 11 of an optical fiber along an arbitrary loop. The loops C2 to Cn are made eccentric with the center O1 of the loop C1 so as to pass nearby the intersection Q of the loop C1 and the straight line L, and a couple of presser members 7' which are larger than other presser members are projected covering the peripheries of the respective loops nearby the intersection Q, so that the excessive-length part along the respective loops is held in common. |
