PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction by testing regularity in the combination of part numbers among the components of test object device. SOLUTION: The part numbers of the components of a test object device 100 are sampled by a scan path and based on a data base held in a part number managing table 220, it is judged by a part number comparator circuit 230 whether the combination of part numbers is allowable or not. As a result, when it is discriminated that the combination of part numbers is not allowable, such a state is registered as error and reported through an abnormality generation reporting circuit 240 to a console 300. |
