PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent asynchronization during ultra-high speed rotation of motor by outputting a feedback signal corresponding to the actual rotating speed of a rotor when a speed converter receives at least one of three induced voltage signals. SOLUTION: A speed converter 13 receives induced voltage signals S24, S25, S26 to calculate individual mean values. Therefore, it calculates the total mean value and detects the value multiplied by a coefficient to produce a feedback signal S2 corresponding to the actual speed of the rotor 1 to be sent to a velocity error amplifier 6. A speed command signal S1 is converted into an error correcting command signal S4, a current command controller 7 inputs the 180 degrees feeding sine wave phase signals S5a, S6a, S7a from the feeding phase commander 12 and then converts these signals into current command signals S8, S9, S10, a current error amplifier 8 converts the current detection signals S11, S12, S13 into the current error correction current command signals S17, S18, S19, and these signals are outputted to a PWM signal generator 9 to provide an output of 3-phase AC to rotate the rotor 1. As a result, asynchtonization during ultra-high speed rotation can be prevented. |
