SOLUTION: An operation terminal detection means 30 retrieves the operation history data on the operation terminals in response to the requests given from a operator for display of the operation history data on every operation terminal. An operation history editing means 21 edits the operation history data on the operation terminals which are retrieved by the means 30 as the operation history output data and stores them in an operation history output data file 13. Then an operation history output. processing means 24 displays the operation history output data of the operation terminal on a display device.
