A pad such as a shoulder pad used for clothes which is produced with a high productivity and has a good safety even when a shape memory material is precisely disposed in the pad. The shape memory material (3) is received in a bag-shaped body (2) to be arranged within pad materials (11, 12, 13, 14, 15). The bag-shaped body (2) is provided with an opening portion (4) and a positioning portion (5), so that the shape memory material (3) is inserted through the widely opened opening portion (4) and placed along the positioning portion (5) to thereby position the material precisely.
