Shock absorber for bicycles

The shock absorber has a steering tube (5) and two upper (4) and two lower telescopic tubes (3), with drop-outs (6) for a front wheel. The lower tubes are rigidly connected via a rear and a front fork bridge (7,8). The bridges are rigidly connected to a first and second pair of fastening eyes (9,10) via screws (11). The fork bridges are of lightweight construction with constant resistance momentum. The first screw also acts as holder bolt for levers of a rim brake. The fork bridges are connected via a left and a right tube extension, the whole forming a modular unit.
