The present invention refers to an apparatus to destroy disposable hypodermic syringes, particularly, an apparatus to destroy needles and subsequently disabling syringes cylindric body. The apparatus of the present invention is characterized in that it comprises a casing wherein a tubular member is fixedly mounted for support and positioning of syringes to be destroyed, such member being vertically arranged over a support plate and provided with a mouth, located over a casing upper wall, for insertion of syringes, said plate being superimposed to a casing dividing plate in spaces left for the treatment of syringes, a lower space for fusion-destruction of needles, and an upper space for heat-disabling syringe cylinders.
