A first sound insulated assembly (EF1) contains an air filtering cartridge (A) mounted in a box (B) upstream of a motor driven air impeller (T,M) which supplies pulses of air to a second assembly (EF2) comprising a conduit (C) feeding distribution points (D). A third assembly (EF3) has air heating resistors (R) supplying heated air through a pivoting leg (J) and flexible (F) to a gated distributor (V). Withdrawal of the distributor (V) from a fourth assembly (EF4) activates the third assembly (EF3). A fifth assembly (EF5) uses a pneumatic piston (P) to regulate the motor (M) according to the demand from the distributors (V).
