FIELD: medicinal biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary determination of D-mannose, L-fucose, D-ribose, D-2-deoxyribose, L-arabinose content in blood. After decrease of these indices bifidobacteria were added to diet after eating (1-4 times per a month) at restricted cow milk intake and dairy products and wheat product processing also, and their combinations. According the second variant, deficient monosugars or their mixtures at amount 0.001-1.0 g were administrated additionally (as pure substances, powder, tablets, syrups). Method can be used for prophylaxis and treatment of diseases caused by biochemical processes impairment in human organism. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of method. |
