FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: training apparatus has actuating device connected with loading device through kinematic circuit. Loading device has electric engine with shaft mechanically connected to input of kinematic circuit, as well as speed setter, first summator, speed regulator, first loading setter, second summator, loading regulator, controllable converter, which are connected in series, and loading sensor, loading indicator, actuating device position detector, speed sensor, loading variation threshold setter, third summator, nonlinear link, second loading setter and change over unit. EFFECT: increased efficiency in active development of different groups of muscles, intensified training process due to universal character of apparatus, provision for continuously variable loading and changing of loading value in accordance with capacity of sportsmen. |
